Cassia Extract, also known as Cinnamomum aromaticum or Cinnamomum cassia, is a species in the Family Lauraceae, a very close relative of Cinnamomum verum, or cinnamon. Just like the more famous true cinnamon, the aromatic bark is being used as a spice. Cassia trees are evergreens and can grow up to fifteen meters tall. Interestingly enough, in the United States and Canada, Cassia is sold as cinnamon, the spice, and the true cinnamon, the C. verum, is largely unknown. It is native to Asia, mainly south of China, India, Vietnam and Bangladesh. Cassia bark is one of the fifty fundamental herbs of the traditional Chinese medicine and recent studies have established that Cassia extract may lower the fasting blood sugar. The caused insulin sensitivity is due to the ingredients polyphenols.
Dextrose, also known as Glucose is a type of sugar. It is the main sugar that the body manufactures. The body makes glucose from all three elements of food, protein, fat and carbohydrates, but in largest part from carbohydrates. Glucose serves as the major source of energy for living cells. It is carried to each cell through the bloodstream.

Magnesium Stearate is coommonly used as a filling agent in the manufacture of capsules and tablets, such as vitamins, the source of this ingredient is typically bovine. However, there is an increasing number of vegetarian options in which the product specifically indicates it contains magnesium stearate from vegetable sources.
Silica is silicon dioxide, a trace mineral found in bones, teeth, skin, eyes, glands and organs. It also helps keep skin elastic. Silica works with calcium to maintain bone strength.
Stearic Acid is a saturated fatty acid that occurs in many animal and vegetable fats and oils. Stearic acid is useful as an ingredient in making candles, soaps, plastics, oil pastels and cosmetics, and for softening rubber. Stearic acid is used to harden soaps, particularly those made with vegetable oil. Even though stearic acid is a saturated fat, studies have suggested that it has little effect on blood cholesterol levels, because such a high proportion is converted to oleic acid.

White Kidney Bean Extract is a common healthy ingredient in diets where weight control and muscle building are required. Phaseolus vulgaris, which is the Latin name, is native to Europe, but can also be found in India and Peru. While these beans can be found in many local dishes and have attributed to local folklore, other effects make this food interesting for the body building community. While it contains a lot of protein, the ability to provide energy while keeping the sugar levels in the blood down is an additional plus. It also seems that the now popular white kidney bean extract is a proper lipogenic. Furthermore, the high fiber content of white kidney beans provide for a proper digestion and regular bowel movements.
